The Operations Administrative Coordinator (OAC) is the liaison between SMARTECH Operations and Finance. This position ensures all administrative deadlines and requirements are met to ensure that SMARTECH wins.
SMARTECH defines winning as exceeding all internal and external customer service level agreements. The OAC will work closely with the FSM to create a streamlined and productive processes. Creating this win cannot be done alone.
The OAC is expected to work closely with all other departments to create a service delivery package that rivals the competition.
