    Responsibilities

    • Must possess a high level of quality and attention to detail
    • STRONG interpersonal skills & customer service
    • Current & sufficient AD experience, for the adding of users/computers to AD security groups.
    • Can work out of the central tracking/ticketing system queue
    • Troubleshooting and Resolution of Tier 1/2 escalated technical issues.
    • Maintain and manage workload through central tracking/ticketing system queue.
    • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues on laptops, PCs, thin clients and mobile devices.
    • Installation and troubleshooting of software to various computer devices.
    • Installation and troubleshooting of various computer devices.
    • Ability to conduct basic network troubleshooting.
    • Inventory management of assets.
    • Support and Troubleshooting of Networked Printers.
    • Basic printer troubleshooting and configuration.
    • Potential to support and Troubleshooting of Audio Visual, presentation, teleconferencing, and collaboration equipment; Projectors, large screen TVs, and conferencing phones.

    Qualifications

    * 5 Years of Experience

    *Bachelor's Degree preferred
